Send suitcases, boxes and personal belongings to the Netherlands without arranging a full furniture move. Provide the dimensions and weight of each package for review.
Prepare every package for handling
Use secure cartons or suitcases that can withstand loading and transport. Label each package with a contact name and destination reference, and keep an inventory of the contents. Tell us about fragile or unusual items before packing them into otherwise ordinary luggage. Do not include unidentified chemicals, loose batteries or other potentially restricted goods without a separate assessment.
Arrange a real handover
Choose collection and delivery addresses where someone can hand over or receive the luggage. Hotel receptions and student residences may need advance permission. Provide a working telephone number and state any opening hours. Keep passports, important documents, medication and valuables with you. For non-EU legs, the contents and route may require additional information; luggage transport is not a way to bypass customs requirements.
What we need to prepare your quote
- Package dimensions and weights
- Contents and fragile items
- Collection and reception contacts
- Address opening hours
A clear scope before collection
The quotation is based on the actual load and service requirements. Tell us about stairs, lifts, the walking distance from the vehicle, fragile items and any fixed delivery slot. Packing, assembly, storage, specialist equipment and customs handling are included only when expressly confirmed in your quotation. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or create a booking.
Check that the service matches the job
Use International luggage transport when the shipment is genuinely defined by International luggage transport. Confirm the cargo or inventory, route, dates, access and expected handover before comparing quotations. A service label does not automatically include packing, extra labour, storage, customs work or inside placement.
Give both sites the same instructions
Provide collection and delivery postcodes, contacts, opening hours, stairs or loading-bay details, parking limits and the equipment available. Add packed dimensions and gross weight for freight, or a room-by-room inventory and large-item measurements for a move.
Confirm the written scope
The accepted quotation should identify capacity, handling, dates, optional work and known access assumptions. Declare regulated, fragile, high-value or temperature-sensitive goods before booking. An enquiry allows the team to assess the job but does not reserve a vehicle.
