Plan transport for event equipment, exhibition furniture and concert cargo with the venue schedule in mind. Coordinate delivery, collection and onward movements through 1WayEurope.
Build the plan around the venue
Supply the delivery slot, event opening time, breakdown schedule and loading instructions. Equipment often travels in flight cases, crates or labelled furniture packs; include their dimensions and loaded weight. Name the production contact and identify any passes or loading-bay bookings. Multiple venues and tight changeovers need a route plan that reflects actual handling time rather than driving distance alone.
Separate transport from technical production
State who loads, unloads and signs for the equipment at every stage. Technical setup, rigging, electrical work and operation of event systems are not automatically part of the transport service. If empty cases need storage or equipment must be returned after the event, include this in the original enquiry. Any international customs requirements depend on the route and the goods and must be reviewed before departure.
What we need to prepare your quote
- Venue itinerary and delivery slots
- Case dimensions and loaded weights
- Production and receiving contacts
- Collection, return and storage requirements
A clear scope before collection
The quotation is based on the actual load and service requirements. Tell us about stairs, lifts, the walking distance from the vehicle, fragile items and any fixed delivery slot. Packing, assembly, storage, specialist equipment and customs handling are included only when expressly confirmed in your quotation. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or create a booking.
Check that the service matches the job
Use Event & concert logistics when the shipment is genuinely defined by Event & concert logistics. Confirm the cargo or inventory, route, dates, access and expected handover before comparing quotations. A service label does not automatically include packing, extra labour, storage, customs work or inside placement.
Give both sites the same instructions
Provide collection and delivery postcodes, contacts, opening hours, stairs or loading-bay details, parking limits and the equipment available. Add packed dimensions and gross weight for freight, or a room-by-room inventory and large-item measurements for a move.
Confirm the written scope
The accepted quotation should identify capacity, handling, dates, optional work and known access assumptions. Declare regulated, fragile, high-value or temperature-sensitive goods before booking. An enquiry allows the team to assess the job but does not reserve a vehicle.
